Morgan Freeman joins NOW YOU SEE ME
Morgan Freeman is in talks to star in Now You See Me, which is being directed by Louis Leterrier. Variety reports that Freeman will join Mark Ruffalo, Amanda Seyfried and Jesse Eisenberg.
The film is written by Boaz Yakin and Edward Ricourt. The story tells the story that pits "a team of FBI agents against the Four Horsemen, a squad of the world’s greatest illusionists who pull off a series of daring bank heists during their performances and shower the profits on their auds." Freeman is in talks to play "Thaddeus, an ex-magician who has made a career out of exposing other magicians’ illusions, making him a despised figure within the magic community."
Freeman will next be seen alongside Dolphin Tale opposite Ashley Judd, and is also set to star opposite Virginia Madsen in Rob Reiner’s Summer at Dog Dave’s. This movie already sounded cool, but with Freeman in talks it sounds even better. What are your thoughts on this news?
