Tense OLDBOY Clip with Josh Brolin and Elizabeth Olsen
Spike Lee's Oldboy remake is either going to make fans very happy or piss them off really bad. We saw some new footage from the film at New York Comic-Con this weekend, and it was actually really insane. And for those of you who applaud the original film for its brutality, you'll be happy to know that they aren't going to hold back on the American remake.
This new clip features a tense scene between Josh Brolin and Elizabeth Olson as Brolins character is trying to figure what the hell is going on and who Olson actually is. This wasn't the clip shown at Comic-Con.
The movie comes out on November 27th!
OLDBOY follows the story of an advertising executive (Josh Brolin) who is kidnapped and held hostage for 20 years in solitary confinement without any indication of his captor’s motive. When he is inexplicably released, he embarks on an obsessive mission to discover who orchestrated his bizarre and torturous punishment only to find he is still trapped in a web of conspiracy and torment. His quest for revenge leads him into an ill-fated relationship with a young social worker (Elizabeth Olsen) and ultimately to an elusive man (Sharlto Copley) who allegedly holds the key to his salvation.
