A 2 Hour Special Broadcast of DC's Animated Show VIXEN Coming to The CW

Two years ago the CW aired an animated series based on the DC hero Vixen on its streaming service. Now, both seasons, a total of twelve episodes of Vixen will be broadcast together as a two-hour feature. It will air on The CW Wednesday night as a special presentation. The broadcast will preview footage from other shows set in the CW’s version of the DC Universe.

The Vixen animated series takes place in the Arrowverse, alongside Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow, and a several of the actors from the live-action show reprise their roles in the series. Vixen herself is voiced by actress Megalyn Echikunwoke.

Vixen airs this Wednesday, August 30th, on The CW.
