A DUNGEONS & DRAGONS TV Series is in Development with The Writer of JOHN WICK

Another Dungeons & Dragons project has gone into development! On top of Paramount Pictures and Hasbro’s eOne feature film adaptation, it’s just been announced that we’re also getting a live-action TV series based on the popular fantasy role-playing game!

The series is being written and developed by Derek Kolstad, the creator and writer behind the John Wick franchise. There are currently no details to share regarding what the story for the series will entail, but with how vast the D&D universe is, anything is possible.

I’ve been playing a solid game of D&D for the past nine months or so. It’s been one hell of a campaign. It’s been interesting to see what kind of elements from the game that they incorporate into the series. I have no idea if the writer of John Wick is an avid D&D player, but I hope that whatever he has planned dows the property justice and that he delivers an epic series!

Dungeons & Dragons is more popular than ever right now, so it makes sense that Hasbro would want to expand the franchise and produce a TV series.
