CRASH BANDICOOT 4: IT'S ABOUT TIME is Coming to More Platforms
Last year, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time dropped on PS4 and Xbox One. Our reviewer Daniel Black enjoyed his time playing it on the PS4, but now more people will be able to take it for a spin. Activision recently announced that the game from Toys For Bob is launching on new platforms this year. Fans on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S will also be able to experience the game and in addition, outside of Japan, PS4 and Xbox One owners will be able to get next-gen upgrades within the same console family at no additional cost. This does include transferring save data.
The PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game promise “N. credible visuals” with the game running in 4K at 60 FPS, faster load times, and 3D audio for better immersion. PS5 players will be able to enjoy the game with the adaptive triggers in the DualSense controller.
You can pre-order the Switch version and PC version (via Battle.net) of Crash Bandicoot 4 now for $39.99 while the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions will cost $59.99. All versions except the PC one will launch on March 12 with the PC version coming later this year.
