Fun Trailer Released for Nickelodeon's Horror Reboot of ARE YOU AFRIAD OF THE DARK?

Nickelodeon’s reboot of their horror series Are You Afraid of the Dark? actually looks like a good series that will be a lot of fun to watch. The first full trailer has been released today, and it offers us our best look yet at the kind of creepy story elements that we can expect from the limited series

Are You Afraid of the Dark? will consist of three hour-long episodes that will introduce a new Midnight Society. This group of young teens that make up the Midnight Society will “tell a terrifying tale about the Carnival of Doom, and its evil ringmaster Mr. Top Hat, only to witness the shocking story come frightfully to life.”

The main cast includes Sam Ashe Arnold as Gavin, Rafael Casal as Mr. Tophat, Miya Cech as Akiko, Tamara Smart as Louise, Jeremy Taylor as Graham, and Lyliana Wray as Rachel. The limited series was written by BenDavid Grabinski (Skiptrace) with Dean Israelite (Power Rangers) directing.

The Are You Afraid of the Dark limited series is set to be released on October 11th. This is something that I know I’ll have a fun time watching with my kids.
