James Gunn Shoots Down That Galactus Easter Egg in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY

Last week a Marvel fan shared a video in which he claims to have found a Galactus Easter egg in Guardians of the Galaxy. Everything presented to prove his point was pretty damn convincing. Unfortunately, director James Gunn completely shuts down the theory:

So, that's kind of disappointing because I was really excited about this one. In fact, I'm still going to choose to believe it because it's pretty damn cool. So, the hunt continues for that fabled Easter egg that Gunn has been teasing for all these years.

Will anyone ever find this damn thing!? I wish Gunn should start giving out hints at where we should be looking. I want to know what it is!
