Marvel Confirms That Karen Page and Misty Knight will Appear in THE DEFENDERS

Marvel has officially announced that Deborah Ann Woll and Simone Missick will reprise their roles as Karen Page and Misty Knight in Netflix's upcoming The Defenders. These are both awesome characters, and it's great that they will continue to be developed further in The Defenders. 

They will join the previously confirmed cast of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Finn Jones as Danny Rand, and Sigourney Weaver as an unidentified villain. I'm pretty sure that Jon Bernthal’s Punisher will return for the series as well, but that has yet to be confirmed.

It was recently announced that Jessica Jones director S.J. Clarkson will be directing the first two episodes of The Defenders, and it was confirmed that there will be eight episodes in the series. 

The Defenders is set to premiere sometime in 2017, and it's going to be a ton of fun seeing all of these characters come together to fight Weaver. To catch up on all of the news about the series, click here.
