New Promo Spot for THE PUNISHER Season 2 and Possible Premiere Date
Netflix has released a promo spot for Marvel’s The Punisher season two, which comes with the caption, “Back to work.” In the promo, Frank Castle is in a bar downing some booze, and in the process he decides to burn a Presidential Pardon that he’s received. Frank obviously isn’t done killing bad guys yet.
It was recently revealed that Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) is going to be embracing his vigilante side and going full on Punisher!
As for the premiere date, in a now deleted tweet from the Netflix account for the Middle East and North Africa, it was shared that the series would premiere on Friday, January 18th. If that doesn’t change, we won’t have to wait much longer before we see Frank Castle back in action!

There’s also another villain coming to the series named John Pilgrim, who is described as an alt-right Christian Fundamentalist. He’s also said to be "a man whose calm exterior belies a ruthless interior. Then there's Corbin Bernsen, who is set to play Anderson Schultz, "an extremely wealthy man who’s grown accustomed to getting his way. His power and legacy are of prime importance, and he’ll implement less-than-legal means to further those ends." Annette O’Toole will be taking on the role of the conniving Eliza Schultz, "Anderson’s equally manipulative wife."
