New Release Dates For JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 4, THE HITMAN'S WIFE'S BODYGUARD, and SPIRAL

Lionsgate has announced new release dates for John Wick: Chapter 4 with Keanu Reeves and The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard with Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson, and Salma Hayek.

John Wick: Chapter 4 will be released in 2022 and The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard will be released on August 20th, 2021. The studio announced that the new Saw film Spiral, starring Chris Rock and Jackson will be released May, 21st, 2021, which is a full year from its original opening date.

The studio already re-scheduled horror film Antebellum, starring Janelle Monae, for August 21st, 2020. It’s the earliest Lionsgate movie that will hit theaters after movie theaters open back up.

The studio has two other titles scheduled for this year including the Deon Taylor thriller Fatale coming on October 30th, and Neil Burger’s sci-fi movie Voyagers starring Tye Sheridan and Colin Farrell, which is coming on November 25th.

Other films that Lionsgate has coming to theaters include Michael Keaton’s assassin film, The Asset, opening on April 23rd, 2021. Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar with Kristen Wiig is set to be released on July 16th, 2021. Then finally, there’s  American Underdog: The Kurt Warner Story set for December 10th, 2021.
