New Set Photos From ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Feature Ant-Man, The Wasp, and Hank Pym
A new batch of photos have surfaced from the set of Marvel's Ant-Man and The Wasp. They feature Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and The Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) working together side-by-side in costume. We also have some photos that give us a look at Michael Douglas as Hank Pym.
One of the things that I noticed in these photos is that Ant-Man and The Wasp both have retractible helmets. That will make things a lot more convenient for them as they are traveling around fighting evil-doers. They don't have to carry their helmets around with them everywhere they go.
From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: Ant-Man and The Wasp. In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang (Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne (Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.
The movie also stars Michael Pena as Luis, David Dastmalchian as Kurt, T.I. as Dave, Randall Park as S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Jimmy Woo, Hannah John-Kamen as the Ghost, Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet Van Dyne, the wife of Hank Pym, and Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Bill Foster, who was an assistant to both Tony Stark and Hank Pym in the comics. He eventually takes on Pym’s Giant Man abilities and becomes a superhero known as Goliath.
Peyton Reed is directing Ant-Man and the Wasp, and it will be released in theaters on July 6th, 2018.
