Pedro Pascal and David Harbour to Star in HBO Limited Series MY DENTIST'S MURDER TRIAL Based on True Story

A new limited series titled My Dentist’s Murder Trial is heading to HBO, with Pedro Pascal (The Mandalorian) and David Harbour (Stranger Things) set to star. The series is based on a true story inspired by the New Yorker article “My Dentist’s Murder Trial: Adultery, False Identities, and a Lethal Sedation,” by James Lasdun. The article told the true story of how Dr. Gilberto Nunez was indicted for the death of his friend, Thomas Kolman.

Both Pascal and Harbour will executive produce in addition to starring. Steve Conrad (The Pursuit of Happyness, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty) will write and executive produce in addition to directing the pilot. I’m a big fan of these two actors, and of many of the projects HBO puts out, so I look forward to this series. Stay tuned and we will let you know as the show develops and gets a release date.
