Pre-Order the PRINCESS MONONOKE COLLECTOR'S EDITION Now

Princess Mononoke was one of the first films I saw from Studio Ghibli and it is still one of my favorites. Is it a little weird? Yes, but I feel like all Studio Ghibli films are at least a little weird. Well, if you’re a fan of the film yourself, you’ll be wanting to get excited for May as Shout! Factory has begun pre-orders for a special Collector’s Edition of the film. The Collector’s Edition will include “a new 40-page book with stunning art and essays,” a Blu-ray copy of the film with hours of bonus features, and the film’s soundtrack on CD. The release date of the Collector’s Edition is set for May 14.

Princess Mononoke was written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki and starred many fantastic voice actors including Gillian Anderson, Keith David, Claire Danes, Tara Strong, and Billy Bob Thornton.
