SNL: Lucy Liu Reprises KILL BILL Role To "Carve Some Grinch" in Quentin Tarantino’s KILL GRINCH
Lucy Liu made a fun surprise cameo in a video comedy sketch that was shot for Saturday Night Live an it imagines what How The Grinch Stole Christmas would look like it was directed by Quientin Tarantino.
The title for the sketch is Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Grinch and it was ultimately cut for time, but was uploaded online shortly after SNL aired this weekend.
As you’ll see, thing get very bloody after The Grinch (Martin Short) accidentally drops the star from the top of the Christmas tree, impaling a Who and setting off a bloody-drenched chain reaction.
When things got too crazy for Cindy Lou Who, she calls in her sister, “Lucy Liu Who” and she shows up dressed as her character O-Ren Ishii from Kill Bill: Volume 1.
She pulls out a katana from the Who’s roast beast to “carve some Grinch, instead.” This sketch is a ton of fun and it’s pretty crazy that it was actually cut from the show!
