Square Enix Announces NEO THE WORLD ENDS WITH YOU Coming to Switch and PS4 in 2021

Square Enix just made a lot of fans happy by announcing that NEO: The World Ends with You is going to release on Nintendo Switch and PS4 in Summer 2021. This is the sequel to the hit RPG, The World Ends with You that released on the Nintendo DS back in 2007. The announcement came alongside a brand new trailer showing off the 3D environments, comic-inspired art style, gameplay and battle sequences, and the soundtrack.

NEO: The World Ends with You transports players to the streets of the Shibuya, where they will take part in the “Reapers’ Game,” a life-or-death battle for survival. Players will take on the role of Rindo as they explore the heart of Tokyo to uncover the mysteries behind the sinister Game in which they have been forced to take part.

NEO will see fans enter a re-creation of modern Shibuya to explore and defend from monsters all while they try to change fate. Have you played the original game? Are you pumped?
