Kevin Bacon, Glenn Howerton, and Milly Alcock to Star in New Netflix Series SIRENS

Kevin Bacon and Glenn Howerton, are set to star alongside House of the Dragon and Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow star Milly Alcock in a new dark comedy project at Netflix titled Sirens.

This is a limited series that will also star Meghann Fahy (The White Lotus, The Bold Type) and Julianne Moore (May December, Mary & George).

The series is based on the play Elemeno Pea created by Maid's Molly Smith Metzler, who also developed the series.

Sirens revolves around three women, “Devon, Simone and Michaela. Devon (Fahy) thinks her sister Simone (Alcock) has a really creepy relationship with her new boss, the enigmatic socialite Michaela Kell (Moore). Michaela’s cult-ish life of luxury is like a drug to Simone, and Devon has decided it’s time for an intervention.”

The story is told over the course of a drama-filled weekend at the Kells' lavish beach estate, Sirens is an “incisive, sexy, and darkly funny exploration of women, power, and class.”

Bacon will play Michaela’s husband Peter Kell “who comes from an old money family and is the highest-status person in every room he enters. He’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys the occasional joint.”

Howerton plays Ethan Corbin II, “a dear friend of the Kells and lifelong bachelor who lives next door. He’s a regular at the yacht club and he’s rapidly burning through his trust fund.”

Sirens is executed produced by Margot Robbie, Dani Gorin, and Tom Ackerley, who previously produced Maid. Nicole Kassell (Watchmen and The Baby) will serve as a director and executive producer on Sirens.
