Teaser Trailer For Tom Clancy's Revenge Conspiracy Thriller WITHOUT REMORSE with Michael B. Jordan

The first teaser trailer has dropped for Michael B. Jordan’s upcoming revenge conspiracy thriller, Without Remorse, which comes from Tom Clancy. In the film, Jordan plays John Kelly, a Navy SEAL, who goes on a path to avenge his wife's murder only to find himself inside of a larger conspiracy.

The teaser doesn’t give us much information, but it sure does look like it will be an intriguing story and mystery. In case you don’t remember, John Clark is a CIA operative who worked alongside Jack Ryan in Clancy’s novels and films. The character was previously played by Willem Dafoe in Clear and Present Danger, and Liev Schreiber in The Sum of All Fears.

This new film takes us into Clark’s past. Here’s the official synopsis for the book written by Tom Clancy:

His code name is Mr. Clark. His work for the CIA is brilliant, cold-blooded and efficient…But who is he really? In a harrowing tour de force, Tom Clancy shows how an ordinary man named John Kelly crossed the lines of justice and morality to become the CIA legend, Mr. Clark. It is an unforgettable journey into the heart of darkness. Without mercy. Without guilt. Without remorse.

Without Remorse is directed by Stefano Sollima (Sicario: Day of the Soldado) from a screenplay adapted by Taylor Sheridan (Sicario, Hell or High Water). The film is produced by Akiva Goldsman (Transformers), Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec, along with Michael B. Jordan himself acting as producer too.

Without Remorse arrives in theaters on September 18, 2020.

Michael B. Jordan debuted the first look at Without Remorse to his Instagram, which IGN is sharing here with permission from Paramount Pictures.
