The Showrunner of INHUMANS Seems Very Optimistic as He Already Has Plans For Seasons 2 and 3

We don't really know yet if Marvel's Inhumans is going to be successful enough for the network to want to renew it for a second season, but chances are it's not going to happen. I'll be shocked if it does. Hell, even if the series actually ends up being great, the negativity behind it is already so bad that I don't think anything can save it at this point.

Regardless, showrunner Scott Buck is very optimistic about how things are coming along. He's so optimistic that he already has plans and ideas for Season 2. While talking to Collider, he explains:

"We have ideas. We know our starting point for Season 2, but we don’t know if there will be a Season 2. Hopefully, there will be a Season 2. If so, we know where we’re gonna start, and we’ll very gratefully gear up and get to work."

He even goes beyond that saying they have ideas that will go through at least three seasons!

"We generally know where the first three seasons could go. What’s fun about the show is that it will basically always be a show about family, so there’s always going to be places to take these characters."

Well, it's good to see the showrunner keeping a positive attitude about everything. Do you think there's a chance that Inhumans could crawl out of this dark pit that it's in and get renewed for a second season?

I guess if ratings are bad, Disney can always refuse to let ABC cancel it just like they did with Agents of SHIELD!
