Fun Trailer for Sci-Fi Action Adventure Film ESCAPE FROM THE 21ST CENTURY
Signature Ent. has released an insanely fun trailer for a wild-looking Chinese sci-fi action adventure time travel comedy thriller titled Escape from the 21st Century.
The film centers on three friends who discover they have the power to travel back and forth 20 years with a sneeze. The future that they find is not as great as they hoped it would be, and they take on the mission of saving the world.
This time-and-mind-bending sci-fi adventure “will hear you roaring with laughter one minute, and your jaw dropping open the next.
“What if a sneeze could transport your 18-year-old soul into your 20-years-older self? What if, by chance, this led to saving the world?
“Three middle-aged individuals with the soul of 18-year-old high school students embark on a world-altering journey 20 years into the future, creating a bizarre, entertaining and heartwarming adventure story.”
Escape from the 21st Century is directed by Yang Li, and the cast includes Ruoyun Zhang, Elane Zhong, Yang Song, Xiaoling Wu, and Yanmanzi Zhu.
The movie will be released in the UK on VOD starting February 24th, 2025. There’s no US release date yet.
